Rates and Payment information
Location: With few exceptions, mediations and arbitrations are conducted at the “neutral location” of Mr. Mayans’ offices in downtown West Palm Beach.
Rates: With few exceptions, Mr. Mayans' mediations are conducted at the "neutral location" of his offices in downtown West Palm Beach. His hourly rate is $375.00, divided between the parties, with no minimum charge.
Payment: Mr. Mayans’ hourly rate is $375.00, divided between the parties, with no minimum charge. Each attorney is responsible for the timely payment of his/her client’s share. No prepayment or deposit is required. The full amount of fees will be due upon receipt of an invoice e-mailed following the mediation. (If requested, the invoice can be prepared immediately after the session has concluded.)
Videoconferencing
Mr. Mayans offers videoconferencing options for mediations and arbitrations, with document sharing, virtual breakout rooms, and e-signing capabilities. There is no charge for this service, and the participants only need access to a desktop or laptop computer (with camera) or tablet or smart phone.
